Happy Birthday to....

...Amanda! I don't have a big sister. But really I have two. It makes no sense I just do. The first is Paige Kriegal. The second( you probably guessed) is Amanda, thats who this post is written about. I have known Amanda since I was 5 years old. She was our babysitter, and still is. She holds a very special place in my heart. One that will always be here. She is my sister, and will always be. She is getting married in very soon, and I get the honor to be one of her brides maids. She is getting married to Nick(may I say that they are perfect together), these are two of their engagement pics from a few months ago!

Aren't they so cute! I love the second one...so cute! I am so glad that I have Amanda in my life to play the role of a big sister for me.
Thanks for every thing you have done for me Amanda, I love you so much(well like a big sister of course)!
Happy Birthday and have a great day! ~ love Bailey

Only at our Kitchen table....

Only at our kitchen table do you find a Little People circus toy, with a catapult shooting a puppy.

Only at our kitchen table do you find a baby doll, stuffed giraffe, and rabbit having a tea party.

Only at our kitchen table do you find another baby doll, using a calculator and wearing toe socks on her hands.

We are a fun family.
We are not a boring family.
If you come to my house, there is no guarantee that it will be clean...but we always have fun!

For example, going out to dinner. Then going to an awesome store call Swoosies! After that we went to Granny's donuts and coffee, which is in our small little town. We had a fun family night last night. This morning we watched Ella Enchanted(p.s. great movie)!

We also sing random songs very early in the morning. (we make them up) You can see we are not boring, actually we are VERY weird...and so fun!

~Thats all for today...have a great Saturday~Bailey~Psalm 56:3~

D*Weekend 2011

Sooooo....last year I did a very special post. It was about D*weekend! That just happened this Friday and Saturday....soooo much fun! We met at our large group area(this year at the Baptist Children's home near us) and hung out with my wonderful friends from church until the service started. We had an AMAZING band....The Nate Huff Band, pretty cool! On Saturday we had 2 more services and free time, and of course breakfast, lunch and dinner. During free time we made picture frames...and may I say they are sooooo very cute. We found the frames at Mighty Dollar, they are silver and we decorated them so cute. I love mine, and all the others girl's too! Four of my friends went, one other was supposed to be there but she couldn't make it....tear, tear(we missed you friend)! Also my awesome Sunday School teachers were there(Kristi and Diane...love you both). We stayed at one of their houses, but it was just the girls, the boys stayed somewhere else. Worship was amazing. We talked about being a slave for Christ, and giving up everything in order to praise him. It was so awesome, the worship was really really really good. They sang one of my favorite songs, "How he Loves" by David Crowder! It is like our youth group's "song"...you know, its a special song to all of us! Anyway- I will post some pictures later, but for now I am going to try to stay awake for the rest of the day(we will see how that works out-ha).

Thanks for reading and have a wonderful Sunday~Bailey~Psalm 56:3~

Come on April

Ok, so seriously, I can't wait until April(you know the month) rolls around! For 2 reasons:

1. It will be Sonia's 3rd birthday, her second with us
2. The Spore's are coming for the marriage conference at our church...which means we get to see them after a year and a half!!!!! yay...

The Spores were one of our travel partners when we went to Rwanda. In those 2 weeks, the Spores weren't just friends, they became more like family to us. We have missed them so much, and I am soooo excited to get to see them again. Also, their oldest daughter Hallie and I have become email pen pals. Hallie, being the awesome friend that she has become to me, saved up half of the money for a plane ticket to come with her parents to meet me!!!!! How awesome is that? They will be coming, I think, it is the first Wednesday in April and staying over the weekend!!!!! I am soooooo excited to get to see them!!!! YAY!

Anyway, those are the reasons I really want April to come FAST. Have a wonderful Sunday everyone!

Confession

I have something to tell you all....its no biggie, but I feel like you should know.

I absolutely love Taylor Swift. Her music is amazing. She is gorgeous. And she has a great voice(which would tie in with the fact that her music is amazing)! In fact, she is going to be in Greensboro, in concert....ahhhh so awesome! You know what? I am not going. Do you want to guess how much the tickets are...?

$95....yes thats right....$95! If they were cheaper, I would have purchased tickets and known what I was wearing already! Haha, since I am not going me and my friends(who also couldn't go because we are teenagers and we don't have the money to buy a $95 concert ticket...) are going to have a girls night. We will listen to her music, do nails, watch movies and fun girlie things like that! For now I will leave you with a link to a music video of my personal favorite...Love Story! Its so romantic and I just love it!

Taylor Swift- Love Story

I hope that you thoroughly enjoyed it! Have a great weekend!
